The only record of the name was along with my real name on a domain name registration with Network Solutions. Apparently the IRS was sifting through domain name registrations and comparing tax records -- freaky as hell! I've never formed an entity. Anyway, I ignored it and it went away. Years ago, when a friend and I had a small business, we filled out some tax forms for the state, but then when we decided to close shop, we had to go back to the state capital and fill out some other forms saying that we were closing. I think we even had to pay $75 to go out of business. Okay, I just remembered this.
