I am loving this post. Those fools in the Zuck interview at SXSW behaved like, well, fools. Thanks for reinforcing a bunch of stereotypes about geeks, you assholes! “Web 2.0 Entitlement Jackasses” FTW.

“I’ve gotten a number of responses-one from someone at the Department of Homeland Security writing at 9am on a workday-saying, in effect: ‘If you don’t think prostitution is wrong, why are you not a prostitute?’”
-
“Do you go to work every day worrying about getting busted and having your life and privacy and family utterly destroyed?”
-
“Sex scandals are only ’scandalous’ because we’re not comfortable talking about sex in public spaces.”

Yay! Some actual *sense* about sex work in the mainstream media!!

“Having unprotected sex is one of the dirty little secrets of adult life. Everyone has done it when they probably shouldn’t have and everyone likes to get on their high horse when other people admit to doing so.”

“And the need to score guy-humor points is irritating. Why do guys always think girls are simply set-ups for their jokes? Especially if it involves sex?”
