		<description>I did some googling and  I'd said earlier that there were some pretty good oncologists who practice in VA hospitals. There are some &lt;em&gt;very&lt;/em&gt; good oncologists who practice in VA hospitals. Probably internal medicine too, depending.

You talked about Publix. The Publix here has Stilton cheese but you sometimes have to ask the deli department people for it specially. They probably keep it in vaults.
