Have recently run across your’s and Rusty’s blog through Decaturmetro and have been enjoying them, however, I have to correct a factual error.
The Phantom Pooper does not live in Unit 313. I live in 313 and there is no TPP there.
TPP actually lived in 312 until the two residents were recently kicked out for one too many complaints, not the least of which was dog poop. I believe TPP is upstairs in a different unit now where the owner resides with his girlfriend. Nice guy, nice dog… but they do need to get a handle on the poop on the steps issue.
So, if you were the one who put the TPP poster on my door…. please feel free to slip a note of apology written on a $20 bill under the door. Or, you could even email or just knock to say “sorry”.
Wait… I got a little carried away and jumped the gun here due to my irritation of having the TPP poster put on my door. You are correct. It is (was) the people in 313. So, no apology necessary (but still feel free to slip a blank $20 note under my door). I think the dog may still live upstairs though.

They are pretty damn hilarious. I actually swiped one of the signs so I could scan and email to friends.
