I know that doesn&#8217;t do anything to change the lives of vulnerable, criminalized sex workers facing real violence right now, and the people who voted &#8220;no&#8221; and/or vocally opposed it need to think very hard about what their &#8220;no&#8221; means. Yet this was a historical moment and hard as it is sometimes, I think it&#8217;s important for activists to remain positive (which also means taking care of ourselves). I don&#8217;t believe Prop K would have had nearly the support it did without the effects of the online community; and maybe next time those effects will be even greater. [...]</description>
